On Saturday 7th March, Dots Bay House welcomes a landmark moment as Anushka makes her Sri Lanka debut bringing one of the most dynamic and genre-fluid sounds in contemporary electronic music to the island for the very first time.
Anushka is known for powerful, immersive sets that move seamlessly across house, techno, bass and edgy breaks, blending depth with drive to create journeys built for the dance floor. With a sound shaped by constant evolution and a deep connection to rhythm and energy, she has built a reputation for captivating audiences across major stages and global circuits. Her performances have taken her to Lollapalooza India, Wonderfruit Festival (Thailand), Magnetic Fields Festival (India) and the iconic Warehouse Project, each appearance reinforcing her status as a bold and forward-thinking artist.
Now, she brings that same energy and boundary-pushing sound to Sri Lanka for the first time.
Opening the night is Dayaja, as mysterious as the three syllables that form his name. The Paris-born, Sri Lanka-based DJ/producer is a decade-long selector with a wide-ranging and exploratory taste. Moving through Hip-Hop, Trip-Hop, Dub and abstract textures, his sets flow into Breakbeat, UKG, House, 140 and Dubstep, always guided by nuance, atmosphere and rhythm. With his debut EP, entirely produced in Sri Lanka and scheduled for release at the end of 2026, Dayaja represents a new wave of forward-leaning sound rooted in curiosity and depth.
