A: Ticket Vault provides e-tickets for all events. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a unique QR code via email and phone number. On the event day, simply show this QR code at the check-in counter for entry.

A: Ticket Vault does not offer refunds for ticket purchases except under specific circumstances outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If you are eligible for a refund, please send an email to us at hello@ticketvault.lk with the subject line: "Refund Request: [Event Name] - [Booking ID].”

A: You can upgrade your ticket if you meet the eligibility criteria described in our Terms and Conditions. If you are eligible, please contact us at hello@ticketvault.lk for further assistance.

A: No, tickets purchased through Ticket Vault cannot be transferred to another person.
