Ticket Purchase Policy
- Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets acquired through Ticket Vault are unequivocally non-refundable except in the specific circumstances delineated within our Refunds Policy, and exchanges are permitted solely under the exceptional conditions outlined in the aforementioned policy, which are detailed in the Refunds Policy documentation provided to customers.
- Transferability: Tickets are strictly non-transferable to any third parties with the sole exception being immediate family members and friends, and any attempt to resell such tickets for an amount exceeding the original purchase price will result in the automatic cancellation of the ticket without any form of refund, rendering it invalid for event entry.
- Resale: Ticket Vault maintains a stringent policy against the resale of tickets for any amount greater than the original purchase price, and should Ticket Vault become aware of any tickets being resold for commercial gain at a price higher than the original, such tickets will be immediately canceled without any refund, making them void for entry purposes.
- Secondary Ticketing: Customers are strongly advised to refrain from purchasing Ticket Vault-branded tickets from secondary ticketing websites or online platforms such as eBay, as these tickets may be invalid or subject to cancellation by Ticket Vault, thus potentially rendering them unusable for event entry.
- Proof of Purchase: Upon arrival at the event, Ticket Vault reserves the right to request that customers present proof of the original purchase, which may include a valid photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) and/or the original credit/debit card used for the transaction, to verify the authenticity of the ticket and validate entry.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets: Customers are solely responsible for the safeguarding of their tickets from loss or theft, and Ticket Vault assumes no responsibility or liability for the replacement of lost or stolen tickets, whether they are in electronic or physical form, and will not issue any form of refund in such cases.
- Fraudulent Payments: In instances where payment is made fraudulently using a lost or stolen credit/debit card, or if the card was used without the permission of its owner, Ticket Vault reserves the unequivocal right to cancel the tickets purchased under such circumstances, and no refund will be provided to the individual responsible for the fraudulent transaction.
Ticket Usage Policy and Attendance
- Entry Restrictions: It is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm any entry restrictions, including but not limited to age requirements and dress codes, prior to the purchase of a ticket, as Ticket Vault will not be held liable for any refusal of entry by the organizer based on non-compliance with these stipulations.
- Venue Rules: All tickets issued are subject to the prevailing rules and regulations set forth by the venue and the event, and it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with these rules and adhere to them prior to making a purchase.
- Security Checks: The organizer and venue management are vested with the authority to conduct security screenings and may refuse entry to patrons to ensure the overall safety and security of the event, and customers must comply with all such security measures as implemented.
- Ejection: Should a customer be ejected from an event by the organizer, venue staff, or security personnel, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, irrespective of the reason for ejection.
- No Re-Entry: Many venues enforce a strict “no re-entry” policy; therefore, customers must verify the re-entry policy prior to attending the event, as no refunds will be provided to individuals who leave the venue and are subsequently denied re-admission.
- Restricted Items: The venue management or event organizer may impose restrictions on various items brought into the event, including but not limited to food, beverages, cameras, and recording equipment, and Ticket Vault will not assume responsibility or liability for any denial of entry or ejection due to restricted items, nor for items confiscated by venue staff.
- Lost or Stolen Items: Ticket Vault, along with the venue management and event organizer, will not be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen personal items or any injuries sustained during the event, and customers are advised to safeguard their belongings with appropriate care.
- Event Timing: Customers bear full responsibility for attending the event at the correct time and date, and Ticket Vault assumes no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by a customer’s failure to verify the event’s date and time prior to travel.
- Late Arrival: Customers arriving after the event’s designated last admission time may be refused entry, and Ticket Vault will not provide any refunds for customers who are denied entry due to late arrival.
- Recording Equipment: Unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is generally prohibited, and customers should verify the event’s policy regarding such equipment prior to arrival to avoid any issues.
- Consent to Recording: By purchasing a ticket, customers consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded at the event and waive any rights to the recordings made. The organizer, venue management, or third parties acting on their behalf may use such recordings without restriction, compensation, or further consent from the customer.
